Shiloh Receives the First K9-KOT™ Shiloh was one of the Homewood Police Department's first multipurpose dogs. He was trained in tracking, narcotics detection, and apprehension of suspects. After about 7 years with the department, Shiloh retired due to showing age-related health problems. He is now enjoying retired life with Cpl. Ted Springfield, Shiloh’s third and final handler.
